It is your responsibility to verify that your motherboard is compatible before placing an order. If you purchase without checking compatibility and the product does not work on your system, we will not issue a refund — no questions asked.
We only issue refunds when the issue is clearly on our end — for example, the product does not work as described, delivery fails, or we cannot provide what was paid for. In those cases we will fix it or refund the order.
Purchases made without checking compatibility, keys that have been shared, leaked or resold, and refunds requested because you changed your mind after a working delivery are not eligible.
Open a ticket with your order email and payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
